G.Skill DDR4 Ram question

So I see that G.skill came out with some new DDR4 ram.  I'm trying to find information or a review on the new Ripjaws V ram but it seems to operated at the same speeds as Ripjaws 4.  Is the only difference the heat sink between these models with the same speed ratings?

 

 

Side note I have a rampage V and am shopping for myself.

Yes, that's basically my question.  These ratings are the same so what is the difference between the 4 and V models.  I assume the new model line would have improvements.  But then again sometimes with computers people can just change a single number and release something as new tech *cough cough AMD cough.
