It's $2 over budget at $70 but is a 700W Gold rated PSU from a good brand.

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

i need 600watts and at least 80+bronze and semi-modular.budget is under 68$ (US).

What system are your powering? Chances are it doesn't need 600W. Nonetheless Antec HCG or EVGA B2/G2/GS

No GPU? What are you planning to put in it where 600W would be a normal amount :P

Seasonic makes some 350W PSUs that are pretty good.
