Best air flow fans

just wondering what you guys think in regards to high airflow fans, 
was looking into corsair fans the newer ones, not sure if there is something better, dont really care about noise, well i do but im more into the performance of the fan and the cooling it brings me.

also is your fan option good with radiators for water cooling ?

Noctua are all around best but pricey. I would go for something that is cheap but not too cheap.

It would help to mention where you're shopping/located.

If you're after performance and noise isn't really an issue, Jetflos are usually a good value with exceptional airflow and static pressure.
