Mobo Bios Not Showing on Startup

Go to solution Solved by Bordermick,

It kinda worked. The bios is now showing up but i'm still getting the long black screen before it logs in.

Try a BIOS update now.

The bios screen doesn't show up when I start my computer up, it just goes straight to the windows logo. When I do get it to work, it often crashes and shoiws a bunch of 0's at the top of the screen. When I leave it to start up normally after that it boots to a black screen for maybe 20-30 seconds then goes to windows. How do I fix it?

have you clear the CMOS?

take out the shiny battery on the board for 30 secs with the system unplugged

Did you just build the system? Or is this a new issue?

Will it break the board if I do it wrong?

Ok, Have you made any changes to your system lately or did this just start happening one day?

Hmm, that shouldn't affect your BIOS. Yeah, I would try clearing the CMOS
