Downgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition to Home Premium

bf32

Can I do this? I accidentally used a product key for the Pro Edition when Windows said it wasn't activated, and now have no idea what the easiest way to essentialy downgrade back down to Home Premium would be.

Uninstall the bloatware you do not want.

The Pro addition of Windows 10 offers features that you could find potentially useful, but likely will never bring forth into the daylight. That being said, they're mostly all nestled into the under-workings of the OS itself, and not icons on your desktop, It is not worth downgrading, just to remove the potential for useful features. it will not negatively impact performance in games, or use up any extra space on your drive.

It's impossible to uninstall the business-grade features I don't want, and I guess it really just comes down to my own obession with not wanting a bunch of things I'll never even touch. If I must use Windows, it's gonna have to be as stripped down as possible.

Windows 10 SHOULD run more efficiently on ur PC than Windows 7 or 8, and therefore limiting the effects of having additional features you may not need.  But what should happen and what does sometimes aren't the same...
