since you have a z97 you should probably get a k series cpu so you can overclock a little

 

otherwise i'd say yay

your build doesnt make sense, 

 

1st, you dont need 16gb for gaming, switch to 8gb.

 

2nd, 730 ssd is not good for value, and since you don't need endurance ssd for gaming i'd just go with a 850 evo.

 

3rd. you have z97 mobo without overclockable cpu or sli, if you are planning to sli later i'd get a 4590k instead of the 4590. if not i'd just save some money and switch to a h97 mobo.

 

4th. you do not need the arc XL for what you are putting in there, its going to be too big of a case and look empty. go with define r4 or r5 instead.

only problem with this build now is sli 980ti or 980s is a huge waste just game @ 1080p.
 
but i suppose you can use supersampling.
