Galaxy S6 Edge Memory leak? Need help

Ethn

So, I got my S6 Edge about 3-4 weeks ago, I've installed a few apps eg skype, twitter and all that and one or two games, Now without using any applications on my phone at idle it's using 74% of my ram? This shouldn't be happen with the 3gb of ram and the amount I have paid for the phone, I googled it a bit and people are suggesting rooting the phone and editing proprieties but I don't want to be messing my phone up. If I did root it and then if Android released a official fix wouldn't it interfere?

Ram usage is not a problem on android, the os actually keeps often used files in ram to make things snappier

Same thing happens on my S6 Edge. Really high RAM usage even with just a few apps running. I clear all running apps in the native task manager and it's still around 60% RAM usage. It doesn't feel like it impacts performance though. Hopefully it will be fixed with a software update soon.

I know it doesn't affect it but the fact it's there  just makes me angry hahahah Does anyone know how to make the clock show when the screen is off? I can do it on the edge lighting thing but sometimes when I take my phone out of my pocket there is this clock on it and it is frustrating and I want to know how to do it manualy
