Is this possible?

Is something like that possible with soft tubing. I know soft tubing is meant to flex but can I use fittings to make the turns for the sake of aesthetics

Wait, do you want it to be curvy, or straight like in the picture. if you want it to look like the pic but use soft tubing, it will be wobbling all over the place...

You could use fittings to make the turns with rigid tubing?

All you'd really need is a cutter?

Not sure how well soft tubing would work, would probably have some sag or at least wouldn't look straight

even if it's held in place by the fittings

You'd get away with it, but probably wouldn't nearly as well finished as rigid tubing.... Why do you want to use soft tubing (curious)?

Since most soft tubing comes coiled up, it has a natural curve, and its pretty hard to get it straight...

Of course, you just need to be exact with your cuts and have straight runs toherwise if you don't have straight runs the soft tube will look like a string of boiled spaghetti.

You could get it pretty close... especially if you heated the tubing with a heat gun and cooled it with something inside...

Also you would need to be precise with the length so as to eliminate any bends caused by it being too long.

Possible.. yes, easier with hard tubing though.
