would my temps be worse having my rad in the front of the case?

so i kind of want to get the Fractal Design Define S but i have a H100i and don't want to take the modu vents off the top because it would make it a lot louder right? so i was thinking if i put my rad in the front of the case at the top and had the hot air blowing in and across the mobo but also having a fan at the bottom of the front and the bottom of the case blowing cold air in would it effect my temps for my GPU or Mobo the image shows you what i mean.

Temps of your CPU? No. Might actually go down a smidgen.

Temps of every other component including GPU? Yes, depending on your CPU heat output, by a fair bit.

 

If it were me, I'd put the h100i at the top as exhaust and move your rear exhaust fan to a front intake so you have 3 intake and 2 exhaust from the h100i. That or buy another fan, but I'd definitely want positive pressure.

but if you put it at the top would it make it much louder? I'm currently using noctua nf12s at the moment
