keyboard > ?

ok so i bought a new laptop and as i said its brand new only a day old  when i got it i noticed one of the arrow keys does not work and now hp said they will replace the keyboard if this problem can be fixed without changing keyboard they would do so now my question to u is if they change it wouldn't it be like i bought a refurbished model ? what should i do  ? everything else works fine :3

 

 

another question off topic i installed windows 6 times >.> cause i couldn't decide which one to hold on to does it effect hard disk ?

all it means is theyve taken the kb off.... wont be hard to do but if they damage it while doing so they will have to give you a brand new one.

 

and the warranty will have to be renewed by them.
