What to install first?

When I finish building my PC do I install the OS first or the Motherboard drivers first? Or does it not matter either way?

You can't install the motherboard drivers before installing the OS.

You can't install drivers without installing OS lol

Well, after the operating system you would want to install the chipset drivers first, and then any drivers that your motherboard components require (eg. SATA, onboard LAN, etc.). You can usually leave the USB and Bluetooth drivers alone with the ones Windows installs though in my experience.

OS first, then drivers and updates. You can install multiple drivers and updates at the same time. Only reboot when its necessary because of OS updates.That will save you some time.
