Just wondering how big your dream is , POst your biggest ambitious dreams that you have for your own future, on topic, One of my biggest dream is to be able to build an uber PC myself, something that crafted with care & hardwork that overkills everything else out there in terms of big tech industry

if in the physical reality though, i think i'd just be happy with being happy and doing my garden stuff and college stuff with stuff i planned to happen to actually happen .

Graduate in time with nice grades and get an important position in the IT department of some company.

 

Unrealistic:

create an amazing piece of software that will change people's lives and substain my own company.

Get enough money to constantly upgrade a PC

 

Meet the entire LMG team and possibly work for them (if ever possible)

 

Get unlimited Mountain Dew without suffering side effects (quite impossible)

Have my own house and property. With a really nice workshop with metalworking equipment, black smithing equipment, etc.

I want to right a book or at least a novel some day, but uncertain it'll ever become a reality. Working on an EE degree right now.

 

A more short term goal? I want to build a keyboard from skratch this semester.

This is seriously nowhere near as hard as you think. Fender and Gibson quality is nothing compared to brands like mayones, skervesen, blackmachine, hufschmid, carillion guitars or strandberg. Loads of independant luthiers can produce guitars of astronomical quality and with a bit of reading, practice and effort, 4 guitars in and you'll have reached your goal. pretty much the first one only with a company I am happy to work with along with good coworkers.

 

I also want to own a house (seriously I have lived in apartments all my live) and have a wife and maybe kids......maybe not ready for that yet.

Impossible for me to say. I've done most of what I wanted to in life, and much younger than I thought I would. The last of my childhood dreams - to visit every country - will be achieved by the end of the year at the rate I'm going.

 

I make more money then I need, have a successful business and feel no need to expand it, good friends, my own property. I've never wanted to get married or have kids.

 

So I guess what's left is just to enjoy myself until something else comes along. I've always thought I'd like to teach young people about alcohol - different beers and spirits and how to make cocktails so that people don't live their lives thinking Corona is good stuff. If I could find a way to make that entertaining I'd like to get on that.

Look up a website called musicisum. Fantastic course to get you going. In my opinion, guitar is the most expressive instrument out there! Start before you regret it and you can always PM me if you need anything guitar wise and help wise!

Early retirement. Kind of selfish of me but I wanna experience retirement before I pass away and given my health I don't expect to live well past 50 if I even make it that far.

Mentally I can't figure out playing a guitar. I know how it works, I've played a bit, tried to learn, and fail miserably because I just can't wrap my head around it for some reason.
