Intel Skylake k box art revealed

New CPU new box art for the upcoming skylake k cpus. No words on whether lock versions will have this type of box art or have something different. From the size of the box, there is no stock cooler.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

It will be compatibility stuff on RAM and chipset. Warranty info as well. Also corsair already confirmed no stock coolers when they put on their website since no stock coolers you should buy theirs.

its a box.... you know if they would sell it in like a smaller plain brown box so that just the cpu fit in it, without the heatsink, and pass the savings down to me... I would buy that version of it

Intel stock coolers are pretty thin, it might be in there.

And they are supposed to be like smaller with their power saving and using a soldered IHS if I'm not wrong.

But I'm probably wrong cause I know shit about cooling.

agreed I actually prefer plain OEM boxes less stuff to throw out

Iirc there was many reposts of "K" versions not including a heatsink, also if you read carefully in the box, it doesn't mention any "thermal solution"
