8 PCI-Slots, front only fans and silent

I am searching for a case which provides

  • at least 8 pci-slots 
  • a front where i can install at least 3 120mm/140mm fans - no ODD-mounting option needed
  • should be as quiet as possible, so if no side-window required
  • must be able to house a E-ATX MB.

 

The only option i found so far is the corsair carbide 540 air (but i will be on the noisier side i think) and the NZXT H630 (but this seems to have quite restricted air-flow at the front). Then there are some very expensive Lian-Li options.

 

Any other considerations?
