Have you tried updating the audio drivers? It might be something to do with the new OS, or might be a conflicting driver left over from the previous windows. Do you have any audio/audio playback software that might be causing programs?

Welcome to the Forum.

Please give us your full specs. I assume you haven't reinstalled your drivers. If this is the case, please download the latest drivers from your manufacturer/s. If there aren't any Windows 10 drivers out yet, I suggest you try the Windows 8.1 ones.

This might be a driver problem. I suggest you go to your laptop site and download all the drivers for you specific laptop. After downloading all of them uninstall the current drivers, restart your laptop, install the downloaded drivers and restart your laptop again.

May I ask why you use a 32 bit Windows?

would it be the audio driver ?

It can be, but you should install the 64 bit version before doing anything else, since the 32 bit version can only use 3 gb of memory and some programs require a 64 but Windows.

I don't know what you mean by that. Could you also press quote on my posts when you answer instead of making a new post? I get notifications that way :)
