Is this a good buy?

AlanAlan

I don't know which region you're from but if you are from north America, school season is almost here(2-weeks to go.) With that in mind, there's gonna be more deals, than this. I'd suggest holding off for now.

My sister has one of these for school. She loves it, its small and easy to carry around. She didnt like having to carry her laptop every where. Web browsing and MS Office is about all this little guy could do.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Should be fine, it's only $100, but it could use more ram, and it's only 32 bit. For *light* web browsing it's fine, as long as you use firefox, because Chrome is a total resource HOG.

But as @ said, school season is soon, so just go to best buy and you'll probably find some better deals.

When does the sales start?

Lol what... For multitasking 4 gb sucks dick. Midrange phones and 140 dollar nook tablets are 2gb models.

1gb is literally the absolute minimum for most operating systems these days and that's not something I would ever ever ever recommend.
