Remote-rotatable dome IP camera, which one to get?

Hey guys.

 

Looking for an IP camera (security camera) which is able to rotate... not when you take the cap off and point it in a direction, I mean with a motor in it that rotates it as you're sitting in front of your PC. Foscam FI9821W does this, I can open the application and rotate it as I go, I want this from a dome camera as well.

 

Lots of websites state a lot of dome camera's are Pan-tilt camera's, yet most of them only have the ability to be turned by hand.

 

 

Any suggestions?

I tried one before and works pretty great. Just that the price.. 

 

Aztech WIPC409HD is my cheaper option.
