which PSU should I get for my build? 600 or 550w

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/HnDLNG

Which do you think is appropriate? I will be overclocking

some other questions I have:

could I use the CD reader or fan from my old laptop and put it in my new PC?

can I buy anti vibration mounts for HDD?
is there is a case/fan you recommend

could I use this as additional cooling for my GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811998071

They look like they are made by different OEMs. The NEX version looks like its FSP and the B2 version is Super Flower. The Super Flower version is a great PSU for the money http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr

sooo.... which one is quieter?

Too be honest I can't say for certain. Both have double ball bearing fans that always spin. If you go up to the G2 range for an extra $40 they have the function were the fan turns off when there is hardly any load on the system so they are extra quiet. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr

I know that's why I said XFX or SeaSonic.  xD  Even my Azza Titan is a rebranded SeaSonic.

Yeah there is a few brands that use rebranded SeaSonic. They are great PSU but so are Super Flower and Flextronics. There is probably other good brands but I'll stick to one of these 3 brands. I'm gonna buy the Evga G2 850w to replace my current PSU as it has the eco mode.
