Places for cheap PC parts

I am building a cheap 300$ budget PC buildhttp://pcpartpicker.com/p/C6YDvK

It is over 300$ which is why I'm looking for a place to buy cheap PC parts. I'm some what okay with buying used parts as long as there from reliable companies that have refurbished them, or maybe just used. Or if anyone could show me some good deals on any of the parts I have that would be great. So basically how can I get this build even cheaper. Thanks And any help is greatly appreciated.
