windows 10 wont go to sleep

Midnitewarrior4

as the title somewhat says , i just upgraded to windows 10 and one of my many issues is that there is no sleep option so everytime i leave my computer i have to turn it off and turn it back on, the only option i get it shutdown or restart, and in the settings under sleep and power sleep isnt even an option, theres only screen timeout setting......

any help is apreciated

yes there is. Settings -> system -> power and sleep mode

Here you can change when your pc goes into sleep mode

i dont know if i made it clear or not in my post but i mentioned that in power and sleep settings, theres no sleep option anywhere, and im quite familiar with this coming from windows 8.1 and the settings menu looks pretty much the same

Oh, sorry, might have overlooked that then. Have you installed the latest drivers for anything? Cant really think of much else, as mine is working perfectly fine. Btw, has you keyboard a sleep key? If so, what happens when you press it?

can you link me that topic? Cant you install drivers downloaded from from a browser (for example the amd site for their drivers), or arent you able to install drivers through the build in driver utility?
