Would this power supply be enough for this build?

Your spending over a grand in gpus, who cares get a 1000 watts, you will be cutting it close for long term use if at heavy load for that time. Axi is a nice psu though.

Would this power supply be enough for this build??

 

  Power supply: Corsair Professional Series AX860i 860W

 

 

My build

 

X2 980 ti classified in SLI

 

intel 5960x 

 

32gb of DDR4 Vengeance 2600mhz 

 

Sound card: sound blaster Z

 

Samsung 850 pro 1tb

 

Samsung 840 evo 500gb

 

Asus Intel Rampage V Extreme motherboard

 
Some tiny overclocking

Yes, it will be plenty with enough overhead for overclocks.

 

With SLI? Hm might be cutting it close with the Extreme ed. CPU. But it should work.

who cares...

i dont know, 8 core processor and oc'd at like 4.2ghz will eat alot plus 2 980ti's whether your ocing them too might use more

Hmm it is a pain. Because the corsair supply i wants goes from 860w and the next one up is 1200w. But i should be safe with the 1200w PSU??

use a pc wattage calculator and add all your components and your oc etc

Yes, the PSU and other components will be fine. You are also unlikely to lose any efficiency as you will probably be over 50% of the rated PSU wattage most of the time with you setup.

i got like 827w so maybe 860 will be fine

That isn't always accurate and doesnt account for OCs.
