I would just look up noctua fans.

By far my favorite and use them in all my builds.

If you want to go for ease of finding them then the SP/AF120 fans from corsair are pretty solid, I love my 9 of them  :P

Not sure about static pressure fans, but Be Quiet! Pure Wings are the best bang for the buck sirflow fans IMO.

Depending on your budget I would say either corsair or gentle typhoon for both types of fans.

My personal favourite fans are Akasa Apache Blacks. They have great static pressure and are almost silent at full speed, I would totally recommend them as inexpensive radiator fans.

Other excellent inexpensive options include Be Quiet fans (I like the Shadow Wings fans, but the Pure Wings are looking great now), Corsair AF or SP fans (they can be a tad loud so make sure you have a fan controller or motherboard that can control them), Fractal Design Silent series, EK Vardars and Scythe Grand Flex (or Gentle Typhoons if you can find them).

Take a look around and compare the look and specs of the fans. Check out some reviews if you can. I hope this helps :)

Where are you using the fans?

Static pressure and airflow are both needed--the ratio of which is most optimal depends on the usage.

Swiftech Helix fans are probably the best price to performance. They are only like $7 for the 3 pin and $9 for the PWM version, and they perform up there with the gentle typhoons for performance and quietness. All the other fans mentioned are good fans, but usually more than $15.

Corsair AF series has nice price performance, DON'T look at noctua, because they have very bad price performance range. They are the best fans in the world, but statisticly looking NO! be quiet! should have good price-performance fans

Cooler Master Silencio FP PWN, they are very good high SP fans, very quiet and very decent price. You could use them as airflow fans too, but Arctic F12s are very cheap, decently quiet and good airflow

Why wouldn't the 2 fans on the rad not be important?
