win 8.1 Crash and frezz

Im sorry if i made a new topic in the false category  but idont know anymore what to do i tried everything refreshing ,reseting,  avire rescue system cd , everything even formated everything and instaled win 8.1 again . My pc just frezzes for no reson i really dont know what the problem the temp are fine and everything adn sometimes i gives my this boor error 0xc00000e.Sometimes it starts up corectly  and i click on chorome and it opens an the screen frezzes.ALT+TAB,CTRL+ALT+DEL-NOTHING WORK  IM DESPERATE NOW :(

Any idea whats wrong with it ?

Did you format the hard drive completely then install again?

YES SAME PROBLEM SAME EROR

sounds like a ram or psu problem....perhaps a hdd problem

 

make sure all cables are in securly and properly...and reseat the ram in different slots

and reset the bios to defaults

maybe even do a bios update if there is one...but not in windows..if its freezing
