Installing Windows

Hey,

 

I just finished building my pc and am now able to access BIOS. Im not sure how to install windows though from a USB. The USB is in MS-DOS format and contains windows 7 64 bit in ISO Image. I unpacked the iso placed the contents into the USB, and am trying to boot from it. Whenever I try to boot from it, it sends me to the BIOS Screen again. Anyone know how to solve this?

what program did you use to unpack the iso

I just used the unpack utility from a mac.

I just used the unpack utility from a mac.

download something called rufus, and use that
