Is there any way to get internet from outside egypt ?

hey guys as you know from the right i'm from egypt ...

 

and we have the ultra shit internet i'm with a comp. called TE DATA and i have 1mps for 20$ and it's 110kps up and 10% of that down  

 

see ????????????????

 

and it's limted beacuse they told the people about something called fair usage and u get 300 gb per month i think

 

so there is my proplem  

 

 

so is there is any waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to get internet but not from those guys ?

This should be in the networking section and you could try searching for a new ISP in your area. As far as getting internet from another country, it's not possible. You can get a backbone line from a Tier 1 ISP but that would costs you 50-60k.

In my knowledge, no.

Any ISP that is not available in egypt won't provide services for it by the outside.
