miniITX 1100$ 1080p 60fps Build

Hi, I'm planning to build a new PC for my brother, do I need to change anything?

Will 4460 bottleneck 390X?

Better PSU maybe?

Should I go for 980(It's a bit more expensive where I live) or stick to 390X?

Cheers, SJX

No, the CPU is perfect. Anything more is a waste of money.

Although, why you need that expensive mobo is a mystery, cuz its a waste of money... could have just bought any cheapest mobo to hold those parts, from a good brand.

Most importantly, what will you be using for the most important part of a gaming build - the monitor?

Cuz i get the feeling you wont spend 800$ on a good gsync monitor. So go with the 390x (although i suggest a 290 nonX for half the price and you`ll get almost the same performance anyway). And your next upgrade should be this:  http://www.microcenter.com/product/445399/29UM67_29_UltraWide_219_Full_HD_FreeSync_LED_Monitor

Or with all that money i saved you you can get that monitor straight away. And actually get to enjoy your new expensive build. Otherwise, whats the point in all that hardware if you are gona use with through some shitty 16:9 60hz TN garbage?

290 or a 780/970 is the max you should buy for a videocard now anyway. Anything more expensive, is a rip off now. If money is relevant to you at all, that is.

Nope. CPU is fine. Stick with the 390x the VRAM is future proof. I would get a 4690k/4790k if your going on a 980Ti

What about the Fury X?

Yeah, but I need to stay in price range, I think this is the best option, 980TI in my country is 875$.

And I think I won't stay in price range.

Anyway, thanks for helping!

To be honest I don't like monitors this size, I like to keep it simple 22'-24'..

You dont want to enjoy games? you just want to be able to run them?

That monitor is the same height as a 24".

I was trying to tell you that the monitor is the most important part of a gaming build. You didnt seem to hear me. I can only wish you luck. Eventually you`ll learn all of what i am telling you yourself, the hard way.
