What does "HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card" mean?

I was looking on PCPartpicker and found a "GIGABYTE GV-N960G1 GAMING-4GD" for £191, I then looked on Newegg and it was £166, but the name had "HDCP Ready SLI Support Card" at the end. Does this make a difference to the card? Is it why its cheaper? Is it the same card?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Those are features all GTX960 models support anyway. The cards are the same.
