Need help after reinstalling windows 10

Your Sincerely

Hello everyone, im a little new to these forums but I've come to ask for help from the brightest.

Recently I had upgraded my operating system from windows 8.1 to 10. I'm not much of a tech guy, but i was convinced that doing a clean reinstall of windows 10 would remove some clutter on my computer. So upon reinstalling my computer happens onto a infinite loop of restarting after reaching blue screen where it comes to an error saying that it has a "inaccessible boot drive". Now my computer is a pile of mush and I have no idea what to do.

help..

could be a corrupted install. if you have clean installed then you would have lost your stuff anyway.

1.go to another pc and go to the website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

2. download the one you need

3. plug your usb stick in and create a bootable media in that tool (in to the other pc)

4. plug into your pc and change the boot order to the USB stick

5. Install Windows 10

Note: you may need Microsoft to activate it with your old key threw remote connection !
