Upgrading my macbook pro 2012

Hello :)

I need some help with upgrading my old macbook for school use again
Im currently quite out of the loop when it comes to quality hardware, so i figured i would ask for some advice here :)

Im looking into buying 16 gigs of ram for my laptop, but not really sure which ones to get to max out performance (its gonna be used alot for photoshopping/video editing etc.)
Currently im thinking about getting

Kingston
ValueRAM SO DDR3-1333 DC - 16GB

(google translated link to english for easier view: https://goo.gl/f3QOia)

and possibly also looking for an ssd, but im completely clueless as which one to get (around 500 gig pref, only have 1 slot, dont wanna opt out my dvd drive) since ive heard that its not only specs etc. its also a pain to find SSD's for laptops due to power consumption

Thanks for any tips you have :)
(and sorry for the bad english, not my main language)

@DJfern94 thanks a bunch :P ill try to find a danish retailer for those

Okay so i found the ram on a danish retailer, but there is a normal version and a mac version, is there really any difference between the two?
