Windows 10 Weird Installation

Yesterday I burned the Windows 10 Multiple Editions ISO file to a DVD (dream spark). I then rebooted to make a clean install. Everything went well until I came to the first screen where you need to choose either custom or express settings. I have chosen the express settings and it said "Just a moment...". Now in a normal situation, it should prompt you with the next step in setting up BUT my PC rebooted and I had to go over the same step all over again (choosing express settings).

Why is it doing that and how the hell to fix it? It does the same in virtualbox, is that normal?? I'm worried here :// I haven't seen doing it to others..

Yeah but that was clean install.. I tried re-burning it to a new, fresh disc.. same thing.. I even tried it with the official Microsoft tools to create a Win 10 disc.

does microsoft have a usb one for windows 10, i know they had it for windows 8... http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

Yep, tried USB too.. everything I did was the same.. And even when I got passed that (after that unexpected restart) I wasn't prompted with the steps where you choose who owns the PC and loging into microsoft account (I was prompted only with steps where you choose the settings and create a local account lol)

I've never done an express install so I'm not sure, but it may not be able to find or create a partition to install Windows on to. You may have to delete and recreate a partition by going custom; it's pretty much self explanatory. If you have more than one drive installed one will be labeled 0 and the others 1, 2, ext. If you don't have anything at all you want saved on the drive you're installing to, you can delete all the partitions on a particular drive (watch the number label) and create a new partition for the OS (this may create several partitions). Everything else should be the same for express instillation.

I never create the partitions while in the installation. I always delete them all so windows creates only what it needs. I just leave "unallocated space". Oh and btw.. I'm now in windows and I have 2 SSD's. Can I name the second one Local Disk too? even tho the main one has already that name?
