Looks good to me as long as that gpu works.

It looks good. There are a few minor things that aren't ideal, but nothing major at all.

Don't bother with a Z87 board, get something like the Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H instead. Fans are somewhat unnecessary and the money for those could go for an aftermarket cooler.

wut. I ONLY buy used gpus. save money. it either works or it doesn't, and ebay+paypal have such good protection that it doesn't really matter.

Looks good, be careful with buying used graphics card you never know what it been though or how hot it ever got. Then again paypal+ebay has some great buyer insurance or what ever it is that you can always open a dispute and get your money back its just a waste of time you might be better off searching local ads like on craigslist.
