Kernel-power (41) only when playing CS:GO

Hello guys.

Some days ago i upgraded my GPU from a Gigabyte r9 280x windforce -> MSI GTX 980 gaming 4Gb. Since then i have been experiencing something wierd. Everytime i play CS:GO competitive Match Making my cumputer come up with the kernel-power error and reboots. this does not happen in other games like Witcher 3 or Batman: arkham knight. i have an example of me playing Witcher 3 for 10 hours, and then i went to play one match in CS:GO and my system crashed.

I have searched forums for hours and endless hours for a solution to this problem and i have already tried alot of things to determine what can be wrong. if this might matter, i got new keyboard and new monitor in the same process.

It seems to me that everywhere i go people just say it's a faulty PSU. so i did some digging. there has never been any faults with my PSU before, even tho my old GPU was consuming more power than my current one (due to manufacturer's websites). Since it is only happening in one game (the game I USED TO play the most), this PSU fault solution seems off to me. is this right?

I have tried:

- re-installing windows 8.1

- updated all drivers.

- changed RAM back and forth, to see if RAM was faulty.

- video driver rollbacks.

- checked for overheats.(no overheating)

- run prime95 and ungine stress tests to check for faulty HW (no crash).

- scanned for Malware/virus.

- removed all overclocks (as far as i know)

My specs:

-- CPU: Intel i5 4670k @ 3.4ghz

-- Motherboard: MSI G45 Z87 Gaming

-- GPU: MSI GTX 980 gaming 4gb

-- RAM: Hyperx fury red 2x8gb @1866

-- PSU: Cooler Master G750M 750Watts

-- SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB

-- HDD: Seagate..... (unknown)

-- OS: Windows 8.1

(new keyboard:Corsair K70 RGB)

(new Monitor: BenQ XL2411Z)

I really need some help. and thanks in advance.and sorry for my bad grammar.

If you need me to provide you more information please let me know.

Best Regards.......
