I use Scythe Gentle Typhoons, but good luck finding those anywhere :\

Would recommend some of the noctua industrial fans, they aren't gross colored and perform well.  Just make sure to get the right ones for your radiator.

Noctua fans are the best, but they are fairly expensive. For cheap silent fans I love Rosewill Hyperborea fans :)

Noctuas, they are expensive but totally worth it.

They sell them on PerformancePCs.com , though they're the same price as Noctuas.

Probably the lower RPM ones, like the 1150rpm version.

EK Vardars are similar to gentle typhoons and more available (Plus i believe they are making all white and all black version)

Rosewill Hyper boreas are the budget option, solid fans tho.

AP123s from silverstone are very quiet, maybe a degree away from noctuas but arguably quieter

Luke did a video a long time ago comparing high end fans to stock fans. He concluded there was not a large difference in sound or temp.
