For custom watercooling something like the alphacool ST30 would be one of the thinner ones out there:

One of the skinniest rads out there is the Alphacool ST30

 

But it does not have dual sides.They tend to be expensive

The only other rad I really know is the XSPC multiport which is 35mm thick but has an extremely dense fin array.

The thinnest single-fan "multi-port" radiator you're going to find right now is the AlphaCool XT45.
