does it crash when you try to boot it up, or just randomly, or when you try to run a certain program?

I was just sitting in my chair doin nothing and all of a sudden :( crash

Why is everyone having these issues! I haven't encountered a single performance issue besides the random non-functioning option every now and then.

All the issues i've seen were on fresh installs too, oddly enough. I upgraded and everything worked perfectly.

I ran ccleaner like 20 times and now its not crashing at all, fixed registry and freed about 2 gigs of space

Registry cleaning is a snake oil. Registry items won't cause your PC to crash.

Cleaning cookies and cache won't either.

 

It's likely a coincidence, or it will still happen eventually.
