best office chair under 400$

I am looking for a good office chair for under 400$ with lumbar support and i don't want a seat like the ak racing chairs have and the back need to be 92cm (36,22inch) high

I absolutely fell in love with this one mesh chair up at my staples. I couldn't fork out the money for it, give me a minute to find out though. It leaned back just enough and your skin doesn't stick to it since it's not leather and mesh chairs are supposedly better for you ( the one I found ) It has like a headrest thing and wow I sat down and I didn't realize I was in it for half an hour.

Look on something like eBay for a nice looking office chair. Make sure it's pickup, and then ask the person if you can just try it. I mean, my chair is perfect, and it's pikied from my dad's office.
