try pointing the mouse over all the sides 

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

Is this new or has it been a problem for a while?

What monitors are you using and what are they hooked up with?

Have to tried restarting?

 

Windows 10 will have bugs for sure so don't be surprised.
