Windows 10 files got deleted

So my windows 10 files got deleted somehow on my computer. The only files I have left are the setup.exe and sources folder. I don't know how this happen because I didn't do it myself. Please help.

Just reinstall 7 or 8.1 and it will try and dl the update for you.

Ok, right now I'm trying to download it off microsoft's website.

The windows 10 installation files? You can just go to microsoft's website and grab the installer.
