Windows 10 bootmgr missing

Hi, I just tried to install Windows 10 to my main rig, and it got to 83% done upgrading, and my monitor went just black for about ~30 minutes. I come back later, and it says:        "BOOTMGR is missing

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"

Will this cause any long term damage to my rig? My laptop running windows 10 is currently downloading an image to hopefully repair my install. PS: Microsoft Edge doesn't really work well with linustechtips.com.

Nevermind, the BIOS decided to change drive priority to my second drive, so it was trying to find BOOTMGR on a drive that had no partition with bootmgr on it. Now it at least says: Restoring your previous version of Windows. I guess i shall try to reinstall in the morning.
