PNY 64gb flash drive showing only 31.9gb of space?

when I got the flash drive, it had (or was at least showing in file explorer) 64GB like it should, now, it has 31.9GB showing, (31.9 free of 31.9) I do not know what happened, I dropped it a few times (but its flash storage) and I used it for a few ISO's, and that's pretty much it. Should I RMA it?

Most likely sent you a 32GB Model. Contact them.

Try formatting it, set the max value possible

try formating it with something like paragon hard disk manager

Very odd. What File format are you using? FAT32 or NTFS?

You need to use diskpart to clear all possible partitions on it.

FAT32

Format it to NFTS. This maybe fixes it (maybe you need to format twice), but it will for sure allow you to move files that are over ±4GB each on it.
