Overclocking iGPU degrades memory performance?

Overclocking should not affect any Memory Performance, thats kinna wierd tho

It only happens when I bump up the clock speed, at stock it's fine. The only thing I can think of is because this is the iGPU maybe it puts extra load of

On the integrated memory controller.
