PC's gain randomly increases

Hello, my PC's gain randomly increases as if you where to the EQ and gain all the way up on a mixer. It does this randomly and only for a few seconds. Does anyone know what this can be?

Try disabling all enhancement in the playback properties and uncheck allow app to take exclusive control?
