Using Logitech Z506 speakers as a passthrough

I have a pair of Audio Technica M50X's and Im wondering will using my Logitech Z506 speakers as a pass through as the main speaker has a headphone jack loose quality compared too plugging them directly into the motherboard?

Well you might get interference (static and buzzing) sometimes

 

Even the front audio port is better, sort of 

Ｉｎｓｅｒｔ   Ｄａｎｋ   Ｓｉｇｎａｔｕｒｅ   Ｈｅｒｅ．

to me it sounds weird when I plug things into that speaker so weird that I've never used it since that one time I tried it.
