Looking for a IPS monitor

Hi all

I'm looking for a new IPS monitor but don't know which good one to get. I will mainly use this to watch media and as a secondary screen as I have a dedicated gaming monitor. My preferences are:

1. 23-24 inch IPS

2. 1920x1080

3. 5ms - 6ms response time

4. 60hz refresh rate

5. Around $300 budget (althought I can increase this if needed)

Could you recommend me any monitors which have good colors and are reliable because the last IPS monitor I had experienced backlight bleeding. Thanks.
