PC Slow on SSD

My specs are:

Intel Core i5 4690k

Asus Z97 Pro Gamer
MSI Gtx 970 Gaming 4G
Cooler Master 212x
G.Skill Ripjaws (4x2) 
Cooler Master V550w 80+Gold
Samsung 850 Evo 256GB SSD
1TB WD Blue HDD
500GB Hitachi HDD(Old)
Cooler Master 912 Haf

 

Few days back i got three bsod which are pfn_list_corrupt,memory management (2x)

After that my pc has been sluggish and programs take a lot of time to open.

Performance is worse and the overall speed is slow even though my OS is in the SSD.

I have to mention that some drives on my HDD have very low space.

Please Help

Yes i did clean install the OS.

Most probably a failing SSD dude. I had the same thing happen to me not so long time ago. Failing RAM would not cause such slowdowns. Run HDD Tune test and find out if it`s the SSD.

My build is only 3 months old and ran benchmarks through samsung magician and the results are very close.

If so then i would also revert to RAM. This is by far more uncommon by my experiences but still possible. Try removing one stick and see how computer preforms and then remove the other stick so that you can find the faulty stick (if that is the problem). You can also try different mem. slots if available.
