My computer is now making beeping sounds

I just restarted my computer after updates and now it is making a tock sound every second.

Is this windows 10 being downloaded?

Windows 10 wont start downloading until the 29th.

It has stopped now

also Windows wasn't showing that it was playing sound in the volume mixer

Have you tried deleting Comic Sans? It should f33x it.

 

OT: Clicking sounds from the PC usually come from HDDs. I can't think of anything else that can do that (except for water pumps which you don't have). Could it be a cap ready to burst?
