Monitor and other recommendations needed New Build.

Currently trying to build a gaming / work station build but I might do some video editing down the line so I want to save room for upgrading. Im also trying to keep a red and black theme with an exemption to the case. Probably gonna get a second 780ti down the line in the near future.

My first question is what if I swapped the mother board and i7 4790k for a i7 4930k ,what motherboard should I use ? Would it be worth it if I plan to game on 4k in the future?

I also need advice on a good gaming monitor if I leave my build as is. Around a 250-500$ price rang.
