Help me pick a USB Microphone from the following

So I'm about to start a YouTube Channel (I doubt my decision every 2 seconds :P) and I need a USB mic that will sound good and will not make me want to upgrade for a while. I'll be sitting and anywhere between 20-45 cms away from the mic and I've eliminated dynamic mics altogether. There will also be some background noise so I'd prefer one which isn't uber sensitive. I'd be glad if you all could help me choose a mic from the ones I've shortlisted. Also, if it matters, my voice is a little bassy.

1.Samson Meteor Mic

2.Samson GO Mic

3.Blue Snowball (Or the iCE. Is the audio quality the same in a Cardiod pattern?)

4.CAD U37

5.CAD U1000

I'd really really appreciate a quick response! :D

P.S. - Other recommendations are welcome but don't recommend the following since I can't get them due to certain issues like price or availability - Blue Yeti, Audio Techinica ATR-2500 or 2020, Samson CO1U or the Behringer equivalent

If possible try going for maybe the audio technica at2020usb or rode nt-usb, they are both fantastic mics and are much better than the ones listed.

Imo its worth it to spend a little extra money at the start instead of cutting corners and having to spend more money down the road because the crap you bought first isn't good enough anymore. (at least when its not that huge of an increase to a much better piece of equipment)

I would know, I have had personal experience with that sort of thing... I regret buying that turtle beach z11 headset, wish I woulda spent more money and got something better right off the bat.. wish I got the audio technica ath-m30x instead of my m20x as well as they can fold quite a bit more..

Specs: CPU - Intel i7 8700K @ 5GHz | GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Motherboard - ASUS Strix Z370-G WIFI AC | RAM - XPG Gammix DDR4-3000MHz 32GB (2x16GB) | Main Drive - Samsung 850 Evo 500GB M.2 | Other Drives - 7TB/3 Drives | CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i Pro | Case - Fractal Design Define C Mini TG | Power Supply - EVGA G3 850W

  • Well, in my case, the difference isn't exactly little by any means. Its more than twice the price of the most expensive mic I've shortlisted (For example, the AT-2020 retails here for more than $170-$190). I know I won't be getting studio quality sound but I'm not that sure that I want to invest so much in starting a channel that I'm not even sure I'll be actively involved in day and night due to college and another degree I'm pursuing simultaneously. This is just a way to chill a bit and try something new. If spending more money isn't an option, what would you recommended from the shortlists?
