help me plz?!

skatblast

Okay so i was on skype with my bud, my computer has NEVER froze in a year or so of use. It froze, when  i went to hit the restart button, aftetr that it fucked it.

When it came up, the mouse, keyboard, graphics card LED, and everything came on, but no signal.I dont think its the power supply , i doubt its the graphics card. Could possibly be the motherboard? the reason i dont think its my CPU is because a CPU hardly fails and i doubt it would happen like that!?! SPECS:

4790k

980 ti G1 GAMING

16 gigs Kingston RAM

ASRock z97x motherboard

750 W Rosewill Bronze Power Supply

What do you think?

unplug the PSU, then press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds...  then report back.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

So when you press the power button does NOTHING happen at all, or does it seemingly work and just never POST?

Ok so i fixed it i guess. I took out the CMOS battery for a few minutes and put it back in and booted it up, it worked. Im not really sure what happened but if anybody else that sees this ever has that problem try that as a last resort. Thanks for the replies guys
