Used HD 7970/R9 280x prices?

What would you guys consider a good deal to buy a used 280x or 7970 at? I found a couple 280x's on Craigslist a while ago for ~$150 and a 7970 recently for $160. 

 

I'm upgrading from an HD 6770.

Anything around $140 is a good deal, and <$170 is decent.

Holy shit wut. 140$ is pricy as hell for a 7970. I paid right around 100-120 for minez just sold one from a friend to another for 120.

Not sure on 280x prices. But 7970 from 100-120
